Farm Visit FAQs

  • What kind of clothing and shoes should I wear?
We recommend close-toed shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.  We also have antibacterial soap and washing stations in the Big Barn.
  • Where can I park? WEE Farm has a large paved area to park on.  Anywhere in front of our garages, or along the grassline is advised.  Please do not park on the dirt road or in the roundabout.
  • Can we arrive early? You may arrive up to 10min early for a scheduled event.  For your safety, please wait in your vehicle until greeted by a farm host.
  • Can I bring treats for the animals? Please do not bring treats from home for the animals. We will have approved treats for you.
  • Can I bring snacks for myself/my family?  Yes! Guests are welcome to bring a lunch or snacks. Picnic tables are available for use.  Please pick up your trash for the safety of our animals and environment.
  • Are there drinks available for purchase? Not at this time. Please remember to bring a water bottle with you.
  • Are there restrooms on site? Yes!  We have installed a handicap-accessible bathroom in the Big Barn, as well as an upscale out house with electricty.   We have plans for other accomodations but they may not be achieved without financial support!  Your contribution is greatly appreciated!  You can find a donation link at the bottom of this page.
  • Is WEE Farm a petting zoo? No. Petting zoos exist for the sole purpose of entertaining humans for profit; animals used in petting zoos are not given the freedom to decide whether they would like to be touched or handled. WEE Farm is a nonprofit real working farm. By coming to live here, all animals are assured a lifetime of happiness and safety for as long as they are with us. Donations are used for food, comfort, & care for the animals, along with humane education, supplies, maintenance for the buildings + future projects.

Please support Us

WEE Farm was created to be a safe place where ALL are welcome to learn and interact. We believe the human/animal bond is powerful and transformative. We believe surrounding oneself with animals and nature can bring healing and growth for youth who have not had the opportunity to experience it.  Will you please help us?
